Then just 6¢ per additional sq. ft. under air. Scan prices are rounded up to the next whole dollar.
One initial pre-loss capture visit · Interactive 360° record · Tagged floor plan · Major systems & appliances · Selected belonging detail tags · Your complete files · One year of private hosting
Close-up documentation of accessible major home systems and appliances is included: AC, water heater, electrical panel, kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. Smoke detectors are photographed in place and located on the plan.
Every home up to 2,000 sq. ft. under air includes 10 individually tagged belongings—even a 1,500 sq. ft. home. Add five included belongings for each completed additional 1,000 sq. ft. under air above 2,000. That means 10 through 2,999 sq. ft., 15 at 3,000–3,999, and 20 at 4,000–4,999. We confirm your allowance in the quote.
Each selected belonging includes its own tag with up to three detail photographs, such as the item, a signature or maker’s mark, and an owner-supplied receipt. Additional individually tagged belongings are $5 each. Items visible in room views remain part of the record without an individual detail tag.
Large collections, document sorting and unusually detailed photography are quoted separately. We agree on the items and any additional cost before your visit.
In most cases, scanning is scheduled within 48–72 hours of booking. Scan days are grouped geographically each week; we confirm the appointment for your area when you book. Your record is delivered within 48 hours after scanning.
Hosting renewal is $50 per year after the included first year. Keep your complete files whether or not you renew hosting. Refresh scans are recommended every two years or after major home changes, at 30% off the full scan price. A refresh is a separate visit and is not included in hosting renewal.
The price covers one capture visit. Before-and-after records require a separate scan at each stage. The second scan receives 30% off the full scan price; it is booked and charged separately. A return after damage is an additional service, separately quoted and subject to safe access and availability; emergency response is not included.
Examples: 2,005 sq. ft. under air is $401; 2,500 sq. ft. is $430. Both include 10 selected belongings. We confirm the area and capture scope before booking.
