HOW YOU USE IT · WHEN THE QUESTIONS START

Show what was there.
Keep the details
in the conversation.

When your adjuster asks about a fixture, finish or the home’s prior condition, open your record and point to the detail. Share the room view, location tag and close-up instead of trying to reconstruct it all from memory.

Documentation may help clarify questions and reduce back-and-forth. Coverage and settlement decisions remain with your insurer.

A FEW USEFUL DETAILS

Before we visit.

What features can we document?

Agree the rooms, accessible systems, fixtures, finishes, artwork and selected items before booking. We can attach supplied receipts and identification details within the agreed scope. Jewelry and firearms are excluded; we do not appraise belongings.

Is this insurance or claims representation?

No. We provide visual documentation for you to use with your insurer, contractor or chosen representative. We do not negotiate claims. Records show visible conditions at capture and do not certify hidden conditions or determine the cause of damage. Keep your receipts and detailed inventory too.

What happens after the first hosting year?

You can renew hosting annually or use your own complete files. Hosting renewal and refresh pricing are confirmed before booking. Refresh scans every two years are optional; they are not included in hosting renewal.

Can you return after a loss?

Post-loss appointments are separately arranged, subject to safe access and availability. Emergency response and priority scheduling are not included.

Where do you work?

Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, Naples, Marco Island and surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Ian in 2022 and Helene and Milton in 2024 are local reminders to prepare records before another storm. The same documentation can also serve as a reference after fire, a water leak, theft or vandalism.
